They are pretty good about hometime. I usually get home every 10 days or so for 2-3 days. It really depends if I run my terminals freight out and then back or if I wind up running the system after my initial load out of my terminal. They will keep you out 2-3 weeks if you let them. Usually on Friday if I know I'm going to be out for the weekend, I request to be home the next Friday and they get me there.
My last three checks gross ( they pay bi-weekly)
    $1700.00 (Holiday in that one)
    $2300.00
    $2100.00

    Good Luck

    Graymist Thanks this.

I've been here almost a year but I came onboard with 20 yrs tanker experience. all in all I have no complaints. some weeks are busier than others but I still average 3,000 miles per week. They always get me home when I need to be and never cut my hometime short. I usually stay out about a month then take a week off. My only complaint is that they made me shave off my beard. other than that I'm happy and not going anywhere.

Motels are up to your terminal manager, usually if the layover is 24hrs or more a motel is no problem. It really comes down to your Tm, some are better than others.
