    Oakley is hiring more Recruiters to keep up with the lost of drivers ..they hired a company to turn thing around i think its a one man company i call him the millon doller man. he know how to take the money from the drivers by cheating them out of deadhead mile taking away drives comfort. yes you do have to buy your own mattress at Oakley...alot of office personal have left also...they hired a flunky from crete as safety dir..you can tell he all about screwing the drivers also..the upper Management walks around with their noses up in the air..driver appreciation week never seen management sit down a eat with a driver. but then how could they sit down with a diver with a plate of prime ribs as the drivers were served chop meat..and now taking on trainees if your looking to get into tank hauling i'd pass on oalkey transport at this time..

    Yes, we had our own personal valets as well. Our well appointed meals were served on fine china with sterling silver cutlery and waterford crystal. The drivers were indeed served shavings from our individually hand cut prime rib (on paper plates).
    We've earned our place with education and perseverance, while the largely illiterate driver force comes to us with their hands out expecting preferential treatment. Remember, we are far better than you and you should humbly accept this.

    no,they did give me a 3 inch peace of foam to sleep on....but yeah if u want more foam you have to pay for it...

    What happened during the driver appreciation week where they had someone serve "pulled pork & ribs" was this....Whenever a driver or mechanic went to get some ribs they were told that the line was "over there" where there were no RIBS for all the "Flunkies" Only upper management and few office personel were allowed to eat the ribs! There was no "fine china" or "valet"

    And yes they have hired at least 1 more recruiter.
