You need to pass three or four of the check rides during your week of orientation. If a person fails two of them they're going to get sent home. Fail one but show some promise the training staff may work with you. Hit something or scare the bejesus out them and they'll send you home.
The other thing to keep in my is the entire week is an interview of sorts. If the way you are perceived (dress, language, etc) is less than desirable, Schneider will not hire you.
heading to schinder today

thanks again for the post gues that is why i got sent home because i failed twice. But i still thought i was going out with my driver to get better at the things that i need help with. I told my TE I need help with backing up still but I know if i keep doing it I will do fine just need more practice. My dress code is good I have nice clothes I do have a speach problem.

Schneider orientation isn't for teaching you how to drive. If you can't drive when you get there you're going to be out of luck. The other thing I'm seeing come through your posts is a distinct lack of confidence. If you're skittish with a trainer, how are you going to handle the stress of being on the road by yourself? If Schneider thinks you're not going to hack it they'll drop you sooner rather than later.

I sure wouldn't give up. Apply at some smaller companies along with Werner, Swift, Prime, and US Express. Good luck.
