Well sitting in Hayti, MO deliver just over the Arkansas line in the AM. Seems planners/dispatch is starting to cap miles for the end of the year sooooo after delivering I'll find a reason to head twords West Memphis terminal, 30% of miles this week came from 1 terminal dispatch so might as well try that again

 

Sitting in Jamestown, NM waiting for I-40 to open up again. Winter has arrived early.

 

Got in two rounds of golf with the wife riding shotgun and my dad and I filled up a cooler with Speckled Perch yesterday at Lake Kissimmee. I nabbed about a 6# Channel Cat also. Nice challenge on a perch rig. I'd like to say I made some progress on my tan but I'd say more like mild sunburn. Went on the board this morning. Gotta leave Winter paradise behind. Picking up in Orlando and heading to Houston.

 

Well in lovely Trenton, NJ deliver in the morning and hoping for a decent run I will only have 1200 miles in after delivery. Thinking I'll see if they will let me take all next December off as a leave of absence next year because the last 2.5 weeks haven't been worth being on the road BUT still liking the job, truck, and life in general so it could always be worse stay positive and have fun with it I guess.

We need more updates from more people, makes it more interesting on a slow news day.

took forever to get the shop to take care of a minor issue. The reason being is the load was tight so it got relayed. Then I couldn't get another load till the shop had got done with me.
