    Small family owned trucking company seeking teams or driver’s willing to team. Running Indiana/ Midwest to California, Arizona, and Northwest. Applicants must have 5 years verifiable OTR experience, refer experience preferred. Experience with 18 and 13 speed also preferred. A strict no pet policy is enforced. No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months. All interested applicants please call 800-457-9626.

    You can bump it all you want, but if you don't give more information, drivers aren't going to waste their time. You have said nothing there that would interest applicants. No name, no compensation, no benefit information. You didn't pay for the space, so use more words.
