once delivered 3 53' trailer loads of porta potties, they came from Ga. on a container, we took one to Montrose, Co., one to Delta, Co., and one to Grand Junction.

Hell, I haul containers, I've seen so many odd things. They mine a special type of silica sand in S.D. that used for etching x-ray/copier glass. We used to do three loads a year from the mine, they would then ship the containers to China for processing.

My strangest one, as I've listed before, was a totally disassembled log home shipped from Poland (the country) to outside Eagle, Co.. It was this woman's family home, she lived in the US, had tons of money, had the home taken apart, loaded on two 45' containers and shipped over here. She even paid to have the same men who took the house apart and loaded it on the truck (by hand) come over here and unload the truck and put it together, again by hand. Took them 6 hrs to unload each container and three days to put the house back together.

I hauled about 35k lb of rotten tomatoes to the landfill everyday for about 2 months in the summer. Never thought a rotten tomato would smell that bad...I was horribly wrong

I don't envy that. Just rolling up I-5 during tomato harvest between Arbuckle and Williams makes me sick. And that wasn't even rotten tomatoes. I think they are canning them.

I haul a lot of wine grapes. I actually like the smell of the crush season. --smells like money.

We used to take all of the out of date cheese from Kraft to a mink farm out in Oregon.

Years ago when I had my CDL-B I took a straight truck load to the Ft. Knox Gold Depository. I actually had to sign government documents that stated I would not say where I picked up the load, what I delivered, when, or anything about the escort and unload process. And it wasn't gold.
