    If this is legit:
File a complaint with the EEOC, 50 Vantage Way Suite 202, Nashville, TN 37228-1526. That is the state Covenant is registered in.
You have 180 to 300 days to do so and it will be investigated. You can get a number for them over the internet. Evidence would come in handy( picture of the "thing" on your camera phone, something to make is less "he said, she said". And "Better Call Saul!" Good luck!

Things like this, you need to take notes with dates and time of day to back up your claim. Also if your fone records, record the comments. if you give the company written documentation of your complaints, they have to address it. By just complaining verbably they can just fluff it off and not do any thing, which just happened to you.

Screw taking notes. If I was a woman, I would of been out of the truck the first incident raising all cane. I wouldn't care if it was 1000 miles from home. It would be up to Covenant to straighten the mess out or face a serious lawsuit.

Staying in the truck and putting up with it means you feel you weren't that threatened. That's exactly the angle any defense attorney would approach it.

Doing something to get a bad DAC makes me wonder if this isn't a vendictive approach??

If what you say is true babygirl, at least get a copy of your DAC here and dispute any information.

Do like NSBGearjammer says but file in Atlanta where you live and they will transfer it to the appropriate office. That's what the website says to do. Here's that info.

Good luck! I wouldn't let this go untouched. Think about the next female student if nothing else.

IMO, Covenant needs to look into this, they need to put a another female in this turds truck, and see what she says, maybe even an undercover cop..

If they don't and some girl gets raped by this ### clown, she and a good lawyer would own Covenant !!

I agree. Even if Covenant considers it your word against his, they have a responsibility to investigate the situation, try to help you finish training. But, bottom line is they don't care. Get a lawyer!

Covenant...The place where where one of their drivers was one of the "featured guests" on MSNBC's Predator series..Nice to see nothing has changed at that hypocritical erstwhile "Christian" company..OP: You need to see an attorney. And quickly. This is sexual harassment in it's worst form. Don't worry about a DAC, that doesn't mean anything..I repeat..see an attorney immediately.

I don't know about anyone else but i'm not buying this hole story, now i'm not saying she's lying but I think some of it MAY be made up.I think she had a bad experience with the trainer and is adding things, now i'm not a female but if the trainer was really touching her and telling her to take a shower with him,why the heck didn't she call for help!I would think if the trainer was showing his think and making sexaul comments she should have call her student manager or a family member for help not a friend.Personally it doesn't make sense that she stay on the truck with this guy if this was really the case, some parts might be true but I think some are not.

If you look at the history of this company, I am inclined to believe her..If they will hire a child sexual predator, they will hire anyone..
