    Goes to prove some don't need elogs as they Do not know how to lie on the paper anyways so they aren't getting away with cheating. This driver would have broke the rules no matter what. Bye Bye license.:biggrin_25514:

    An HOS issue does not carry that high of a fine.

    Jumping the OOS order does.

    You ran after 3hrs not good at all man. we had a driver leave louisville went to chicago and was stoped on his way back through ind scale and wdidnt log his trip he had to sit for 8hrs and told not to leave or he was going to jail.:biggrin_2552:

    You better hire a traffic attorney. You have a 80/20 chance he will get you of with a slap on the wrist, but get your checkbook ready, it ain't gonna be cheap and ask yourself if it's worth paying your attorney all that money to keep your lively hood going as trucking is going down the tubes or invest it in another TRADE ?:biggrin_2554:
