I think the companies should be required to have under cover trainers to make sure these people are doing things right... but you will never see that because the company might actually have to shell out some money to make it happen.
Oh well, as long as I stay off my cell phone and make the soccer moms feel safe, who cares who gets sexually molested!
very upset

My advice get a lawyer immediately, NOW! Call OOIDA and tell them about the situation. I'm sure there have been other similar complaints from women drivers. Also you should file a complaint with the state, and or local authorities, for sexual harassment. Also if Covenant stated that they would pay you "X amount of dollars" - do you have that in writing? If so start the ball rolling with a lawyer. If not. your out of $$$. ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING. Everything that you have stated is against the law. Hang in there.

I voted for secret option 3... go to the police and get a lawyer!

Babygirl, lots of us are men, males, and lots of us respect women. Our ladies at home, ladies we meet on the road, women of all kinds. People of all kinds. "Respect them all until they give you a reason not to," kind of a takeoff on the Golden Rule. I know that every woman has a story of male garbage like this, but not all men are like that. I'm sorry your path crossed with this loser. He should be held accountable, he makes all men look bad; see if you can get a lawyer or help from a Women's Support group.

Good idea! How about putting some BFI on an episode of "Undercover Boss"? LoL. I can see it now... That would make some good TV.
Actually, that show would be good if the camera's were hidden...
Of course the employee's know something's up when you stick a camera in their face and tell them to train the new guy. -
AMEN. I could not have said that better.Lonesome Thanks this. -
You know Prime is being sued for that by the EEOC. Its discriminatory to women.

So your Judge and Jury? How do you know he should be fired? Why even investigate ?

Although I am NOT and I do repeat NOT an attorney, that is who you need to seek out. Sexual Harassment is the first thing I caught while reading this.
Now just because the trainer has "nude pictures and porn" in his truck does not make him a bad person, but everything else all the way down to "you have to shower with me because I only have 1 shower on my card" is BS.. You can go to the fuel desk and tell them the situation and I promise you they will give you a private shower far from people like this.
Having his "thing" out and telling you that you can "touch" it, I had an idea, snap a pic from your phone and send it to Covenant as proof that you ain't making this up.
Covenants attitude that their trainers can do no wrong...made me laugh so hard I almost blew sweet tea out of my nose, you have to remember this is the company that didn't know it hired a 5 time convicted child molester that was caught on "To catch A Predator" so this doesn't surprise me.
I wish you luck and if I can be of any assistance please send me a message and I'll tell you how to contact me. -
If I had been forced to train with a woman, I can just about guarantee I would never have made it past the second week. I do not tolerate women well.
However. Had I been paired up with the trainer described by the O/P, I doubt he would have made it home intact, if you get my drift.
SouthernComfort, love the CornBinder.
