Babygirl27. Get off and away from this trainer and finish your training with someone else. Many trucking companies do not care what some trainers (male) will be doing with their fun-stick. Even when pointed at you. So many out of work right now with so many at the bottom trying to get in to this industry. Upper management has to deal with many false accusations with such a large turn over rate. Much easier To push you aside even if you are proven right. Companies feel its cheaper to get rid of you or let you walk out rather than dealing with a legitimate problem, even when proving true. I have been with to real good woman out on the road and one great woman at home, It was always professional when driving. Hang on and put up a fight, Do not back away if you can afford to do so. Go back to wall mart but don't give up this fight. Truckers, just like doctors, Good Ones and some Bad Ones, You got a bad one, I'm so sorry this is happening to you, but you might make a big difference for the next one in line. Good Luck !

So you think they should just let it go? Everyone is innocent till proven guilty, I get that, but if this guy did half what she claims, he ought to be fired and brought up on charges. Maybe if it was one of your loved ones that happened to you'd understand that.Injun Thanks this.

You know there is going to some vain steering wheel holding wannabe trainer for a large company that's going to think "she is going to keep a pic of my ""TOOL"" on her phone, to look at later and maybe want to come get".
Now just keep in mind that some (not all) of these trainers were just trainees themselves no more than 3 to 6 months ago. Not the brightest crayon in the box if you ask me.

No, what I am saying is that it should be investigated. And if wrongdoing is found he should be fired. -

Im no lawyer, but you do have a Sexuall Hararrsment case agaisnt him. And if Convenat is the Christan Company they try to make every one believe, they will get rid of that trash of a driver.
And then take a look at thier companies Sexuall Harrrasment Polices.
Alot of companies will prohibt pictures and or posters of scantly clad women, in the work place, out of fear of offending some one.
As for him touching your butt, and making sexual comments and or suggestions, that flat out SEXUAL HARRASMENT.
You need to contact the state employment office, the company's Human Resources Director, and a attorny.
Don't just sweep this under the rug , like alot of people will do. No wonder our industy has a bad reputation, cause things like this happen,yet NO ONE will take the lead and start the ball rolling to end this crap. -
If this company is worth it's weight in gold, they have a sexuall harassment policy in place.
This needs to be investigated, and delt with accordingly.
Let's say the same thing happpened to your girlfirend, your wife, your daughter. What would you say then? YOu would be at the front , witha rope in hand to hang the person. -
That's like saying that men don't have the ability to control themselves and can't be trusted alone with women. Granted, some cannot, but then again, the same could be said for some women I know.
