Which is good, because it doesn't say thank.

I swear to god it pisses me off because he's thrown me into some sterotype.

Don't feel bad. He's accused me of being a company shill and spy, as well as many worse things, and he believes the various big companies are out there actively searching the ol' data banks trying to find him. He's been hiding without a CDL for over 10 years now, but the companies are still trying to stop him from spreading the truth.

    You're getting off mildly....

But pls watch the language since going around the language filters is a no-no here and we would hate to lose you.

I have told them I have DUI on my record and license is suspended,
I have told them that I just ran over someone and up on charges,
I have told them I am dead....

They still call me for the past 10 years :laughing3:

LOL, me too! I have begged them to stop, yet...ring, ring, ring. Funny thing is, they come up with different tactics to try and lure you in...they'll go through some BS story and then you'll be like nice...who is this...you can tell they don't want to tell you JB Hunt because they know they will hear a click on the other end within mere seconds. Got to give it to them though, they are very slick and are indefatigable to put it mildly. IF JB Hunt was such a great company, like some of those other JB Hunt recruiters state they are, then why aren't truckers trying to bust down the doors to get in like what happens at UPS? I guarantee you UPS doesn't have to send their recruiters to psychological training because they are a good company and have to keep drivers out. When JB Hunt becomes THAT type of company, things will change for them.

EXACTLY. I did the very same thing. 3 weeks was all I could take. What a spectacle it was. There is NO excuse that JB Hunt (with its worldwide resources and bookoo bucks) cannot make a good company. NO Excuse for it. JB Hunt has the ability to make a GREAT company but would rather keep the current course, apparently. Hopefully, MR Dude can help out...I pray.

You don't have to be nice to me. I'm not here to make friends, so I won't be feeling bad if anyone gets pissed off at what I have to say. This includes any insiders at any trucking company that has more than about 10% annual turnover. Hell, in that case I prefer to make enemies.

You say you've not given anyone any info, and you're right. You've not done that.....yet.

Remember the old story about the scorpion and the turtle.

I thought I had been hiding since like 1971.

Again, you should get your facts straight. Where exactly have I been hiding for 10 years? I think I should give you a pop quiz to shake your case of selective amnesia.

What truth am I trying to spread? The truth that is there in front of anyone's and everyone's eyes?

Ladies and Gentlemen, INSCRIBE THIS DATE INTO STONE.

Your very own Tip has PUBLICLY ADMITTED that a JB Hunt Recruiter was RIGHT!!!!:biggrin_25525:

Psychological training? Since When? I'd like to know when I get put through psychological training, so I can mind-control other people to do my bidding! lol

And as to your web page Cluggy, I'm only a recruiter. I am not a dispatcher. I have no control over what goes on up on the 4th floor. And I haven't been working for JB Hunt but about 5 months.

AAAAAND. If you dont want company OTR, Ask the #### recruiter about something Dedicated/Regional. 9 times out of 10, there is at least one in your area.

So Far the biggest complaints i've heard are:

    1. Miles/Pay
    2. Company Truck Governed speed of 65 MPH (to which recent office rumor suggests it being raised to 68 in the next few months)
    3. *************** Dispatchers. To which I say: Do you know the turnover on Dispatchers? We've been firing them left and right! I see security walk 2-3 more out every other day. Suppose that problem is being fixed? Time will tell.......

You know folks, we are NOT going to get anywhere bashing this poor man! He's NOT here to recruit, or he would have already tried it!

In my opinion, and this is just my opinion, he is here to learn, same as you and me! You now how one bad person can screw up what would otherwise be a DREAM company?? Well, maybe, just maybe, by educating this one person, he can help turn a company around!

I know from personal experience that it CAN be done! I watched a suck*** company turn completely around because ONE dispatcher started listening to the drivers, and started slowly acting on the complaints! They are now a very good company, one that any driver would be glad to work for!
