Ellsworth you may want to check your food supply for mold spores.
No where not once have you read, heard, or even logically deduced I am either pro or anti second amendment. All you have ever seen is me explain the laws and your flawed statements and irrelevant posting's of them.
But for the record I am permitted and yes I do carry where and when legal. I also avail myself of the protections (Oh Ellsworth I know you thought you were posting prohibition's .Alas that is why I implore you to not strain yourself with such deductive reasoning) listed in the law you posted. Which if followed would have saved the gentleman from Georgia his incarceration.
I know I know Ellsworth. It is all quite confusing. Perhaps Ellsworth you should strive for other endevours like the placement of an appendage in front of the other. I fear you may find it tricky Ellsworth and worthy of your concentration.

You can say what ever you want. But the right to carry a firearm shouldd be just that.. There shouldn't be a law against. There shouldn't be a permit you have to buy. You should just be able to carry.
Now if you convicted of certain crimes, then yes, I agree, you should be restricted to a certain extent, even if to the extreme. But "law abiding citzens, who've never commited a crime, should not have to pay the government for a right that's already granted to them in the 2nd amendment.G/MAN Thanks this. -
And I would agree, and even go farther to say those that will not carry be charged more for their defense and more prevelant use of police resources on average. But that is not the rule we live in now is it Ellsworth.
Simple fact remains a commercial driver can carry anywhere his permit allows and through any other jurisdiction so long as he complies with the law you posted. Of course the easiest way to abide the laws of the land is to only go where a permit is valid. -

Oh Ellsworth. You continue to cause yourself undo cranium pressure. That strain on your cognitive ability has again clouded the very narrow window of logic in you.
I have agreed with you Ellsworth and yet you continue to lodge flawed post after flawed post. Almost as flawe as your original oremise of the posting.
Ellsworth I was serious when I suggested you check your food supply. Many spores can cause a reduction in cognitive ability, delusions, hallucinations, and be quite dangerous. I fear Ellsworth you may be suffering from all of the above.
That being so Ellsworth I'll repeat I do follow the second amendment, and the tenth and all in between before and after regardless of my belief or doubt in them. I knwo dear Ellsworth it can be quite hard much like the canine breed to see beyond your nasal protrusion. But I would humbly suggest Ellsworth you re-examine what I posted, after a thorough check of your food supply of course. Your health as always Ellsworth is paramount. -
Because you continue to support things like permits for guns. Permits for criminal i would support. But not for citizens who have never commited a violent crime.Tazz said: ↑Oh Ellsworth. That makes you an opponent of the 2nd amendment. You can post your fancy hyperbole all you want to, and try to make yourself smarter than anyone, but the facts behind your fancy words, are still just hyperbole, and still anti-2nd amendment. -
Ah Ellsworth I see you have yet again allowed deductive reasoning to escape you. Alas I know of no simpler language than english to help you see beyond the cloud you embrace so vehemently. I fear for you Ellsworth I truly do. Ah well perhaps you'll get your government insurance and then can get your food and water examined. I truly believe it is an infection of mold Ellsworth that prevents cognitive function to be achieved.

Why would you want to give a criminal a gun? You just said you wanted to give guns to criminals! With the governments blessing of course.hrdman2luv said: ↑Because you continue to support things like permits for guns. Permits for criminal i would support. There are all types of criminals. The criminals that would have to get a permit would be those that commited continued non-violent crimes. Also, I would think it would be ok, for an ex-con, who's proven he/her (after a probabtional period) that he/she has changed their lives for the better. And sho no signs of committing a violent crime again.queenrocks77 said: ↑Why would you want to give a criminal a gun? You just said you wanted to give guns to criminals! Your trying to make it sound as if I'm standing up for criminals. What I'm standing up for is American's 2nd amendment right. Yours and everyone else's. We should all have the right to protect ourselves or hunt. Which ever the case may be.
A friend of mine who loved hunting, was imprisoned for a felony. Since his release, have completely stopped doing the things that put in jail to start with. He's been clean and sober for over 10 years. He's a small business owner who has about 8 to 10 employees. He's a family man. Attends church regularly. And has ther respect of the community he lives. As a matter of fact, was the paul barrer at the sherifs funeral, as requested by the family. After all the things he's done to turn his life around, he still can't legally own a gun, use someone elses gun to hunt.
If a burglar was to break into his home, what's he going to defend himself, his wife and son with?
