I drove for their dedicated division in Dublin, Ga delivering for the Fred's company, (a Dollar General clone). I don't have much knowledge of their otr operations, but they seem to have nice trucks. Most of ours were automatics and the otr drivers I saw were autos too. We had some complaints but the otr's didn't say much.

My ex-neighbor drove for Hogan's dedicated Fred's account too. He hated it. He had a record and said it was about all he could get. You might know him, he lived in Forsyth and married the lady who managed the BP on exit 181 on I-75. They moved away while I was deployed last, not sure what happened to them.

I was with werner for about a year and had many problems with them. then went to Hogan, now im with Pepsi delivering drinks. Hogan and Pepsi have taken a toll on my back since you must unload the trailer. Pepsi begin the most physically demanding job ever. I am now attempting to reenter the industry and find this site here and have read about every company I was considering. I now find myself so confused its sad. Is it worth it to even be a driver now? I have aboud 2 grand remaining to pay on my truck loan, part of the reason I wanted to get back in, but it almost seems like I am better off continuing to pay it off out of my own pocket, like i've been doing, and letting this thing go. Am I right?
