New Phone Rule

Must of been a pretty important phone call...

Yeah I hear ya...

Saw a trooper today driving, w/cell phone wedged between his shoulder and ear... typing something on his laptop... with his radio mic in his other hand. He appeared to be driving with his knees.

Enforcement? Must be another one of those do as we say, NOT as we do things.

 

end of the day whats the difference between talking on the cb or cell phone ,none. just tint door windows lol

"I was using a headset and it died right as I was crossing the scale but my mother was having a heart attack and I had to coach the paramedics on the method of CPR so I could not just hang up or mommy would have died when the trooper pulled out pre-writing my ticket on his laptop while calling a 976 hot girl nuber on his phone whith his left hand AND NOW I GOT FIRED AND IT'S BECAUSE THEY ARE NAZI ######## HANDING OUT UNCONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS BECAUSE I HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!


So where can I apply now?

I noticed that the driver of the pickup was the one on the phone! Not the Semi driver nor the Bus drivers, but lets go after the CMVs and forget that the kid in the pickup was the one using the phone!

 

Yeah and since some idiot 19 year old kid can't figure out how to use a phone and drive at the same time, let's make it a law that "professional drivers" can't use one either.

My problem is, how does the kid getting killed across the back of the bobtail explain the bus going all "Discovery Chanel" on TOP of the wreck?

I think the bus drivers got a pass for some reason,,, *tinfoil hat*
