Im sorry to hear that you have become a victim to the biggest thugs on the streets, the DOT and the police.

Do not ever trust the police, from any law enforcement agency.

Our government is out of control, and they hire these people to be sure you know that you are a lowly serf, they are the kings, and if you arent doing anything wrong, they will make it look like you are.

You showed great restraint. If put in the same situation Im sure I would be in a jail cell right now.

 

I guess they can make OOS criteria whatever they want but CVSA OOS requires the line to be crimped AND restricting the flow of air.

I dont mean to laugh at you but this story was some funny ////. Always remember in PA/NY you have to be careful in those rest areas DOT love to set up there.

 

We need to fight back by creating a site that shows all of the open DOT checkpoints so drivers can avoid being treated like they are guilty of something when we are just trying to do our jobs and get home at the end of the day
These tickets are big $$ and for the most part would never cause an issue
