I don't know if it have a flat floor. But here in holland is a custom build torpedo. But they used the hood of a 4 serie. The main truck was a r500 but a'm not sure of that, tommorow i will have a look at my pc. Because i use now my telephone. -
i was recently talking with scania engeneer and ask him is it possible somehow to get torpedo he says no . I ask does laxa sv can make one he says no ....i ask why are spare parts still in production he says yes they are you can build one in garage .....
I wonder why no one try that there is still some demand for them on market used ones hold their prices very well .....if iveco can that why scania would not try -

well that is one truck i think i know for one more
but why no one try similar to iveco strator
since parts are available , ex roland sienger longline was ordered as normal r500 cr19t
but with longer wheelbase so this would be great if scania could offer trucks with longer wheelbase without cab and latter just someone put T cab
or if they can do something with laxa sv
i guess it could not be offered as high hp and egr because of small radiator area but if they can offer scr engines this would be nice .... -
I agree some of the owners taste is questionable, a few small changes like getting rid of that daft backlit roof sign and it would look fine, I wouldn't care how it looks if I had that room inside, they must be the biggest cabs on the market

Every time I see these photos of the euro-truck....It makes me thankful that I live in the U.S.A....#### those trucks are UGLY!

It's a matter of taste I guess, I think American classics are just jumped up farm tractors, in my new line of work I've come into contact with a few, I even got to drive one! It was a freightliner and god was it horrible to drive! Despite the long wheelbase the cab was absolutely tiny inside, horribly and cheaply finished, the creaks and rattles going along were akin to a donkeys cart, the clutch was incredibly heavy, the ride was hard, the noise extraordinary , you can't see out, the mirrors were pointless and the engine was feeble , the gearbox I think came from an 12th century chariot, the peterbilt I saw wasn't much better, I'm glad I have a decent truck to drive!jardel Thanks this.

I called the Euro trucks "Big Heads"'
