Vegetarian Menus

I don't cook in my truck. I have been looking for vegetables on the road for a year and a half now and the only thing I've found is some of the buffets at the Petros and the T/A will have a small section of vegetables like spinich greens, carrots, squash, etc. It's all out of a can but it's better than eating bacon cheeseburgers every night.

I've been to a few casinos with better vegetable selections, but the ones with truck parking are harder to find.

I've concluded that in order to eat healthy, I am going to have to quit OTR and get a local gig where I can go home every night and cook a nutritious meal. Pretty soon imma be as wide as I am tall.
