    Not sure exactly what the government was trying to accomplish by messing with the regulations in the first place. Seems all they managed to do was make a quagmire that just keeps on growing.

    Nothing bothers a bureaucrat more than having something work without intervention from them, they've got to get in there and screw with it until its unrecognizable and unusable, then they consider their jobs well done.
