Ways to make Schneider a better Place to work.

better after hours dispatch. They pretty much suck....I guess it is the norm in the industry tho.

 

I prefer support shift. If i book a load that i need to cancell they will do it no questions asked. During the day will get you lecture.

 

The new crossroads site sucks. That whole window inside a window layout doesnt work on my tablet. So i can only see the top of the screen that opens since i cant get it to.scroll

 

Have all the cutoff days the same like they used to be.

Currently for the same pay period you have


loads need to be scanned.in by sat night

fuel runs through monday night

Advances refresh on sunday BUT. If you take any thru monday night it will come off this check instead of the fallowing week like any money taken on tues thru sat.



Just gets confusing


plus since.they changed the system my weekly settlement emails come thru with my gross pay but no expenses. I then have to wait till wed or thursday to log onto crossroads and download the statement but i cant because as i mentioned before the site doesn work with my tablet anymore

 

I was told its still sat night when i was complaining about it. But that load i delivered and scanned paperwork in on sunday is on this check so who knows.

I have also had fuel purchased early tuesday taken off that weeks check. Thats enough to make me not have a check that week.
