Roehl Driver Check In

The Walmart was around the corner and the J was like 23 miles away.

 

got to appleton...along the way one of our fellow drivers informed me that I had a headlight out...(must have went out AFTER I crossed the WI scale)...got to appleton went to throw in a bulb....no light...threw in another...still no good...the trailer mech put a new harness on...nope still no light...so now its in the shop and they are chasing wiring around..plus at least one new drive tire for me...(I had concern about a tire with a big and deep crack in the tred..)..

OH BTW looks like we are getting some Glider Kitted trucks too...I seen 4 of them sitting in the appleton yard 3 were waiting for stickers...all centuries w/ mercedes engines...)

 

Still in Walmart in Uniontown, PA. Got a load to pickup in WV in the am. Got a 34 in. Heading to NY witH 2 drops for Friday and then home for Christmas.

In Centralia, IL to pick up. I've been backed into dock for the last four hours and still not started yet. Two hours ago they said they were waiting for paperwork to be approved. In the meantime, my 14 hour clock has run out.

 

notez if you didn't have bad luck this week you wouldn't have any luck...sorry brother...that really really sucks...hope you can stay @the shippers....

 

They have three spaces for overnight parking and I got the last one. That is, after it took 6.5 hours to load and its nose heavy, but legal. Gonna be fun day tomorrow...LOL!

 

Sitting at home...
Parked truck at nearby Sam's Club. Got a VAN drop in morning at Sam's Club DC in Bloomington, MN. Then its maybe some local work tomorrow before the weekend begins. FM wasn't sure.

 

Sitting at some hole in the wall ts at Thomasville,Ga have to deliver to first stop at 0800 est and I'm about 11 mins away then hopefully going to relay the cons load to another driver and get a load from him back to Jacksonville,Fl that is a 2 stop run and delivers on the 23rd then home woohoo.
