My 379 is going to get aligned soon and I'm going to have the spring bushings replaced too. The shop normally uses a urethane/rubber bushing but I'm leaning towards an all urethane bushing.

What are the pros and cons for both?

Go with the horton roller bushings, you'll never go back.

Do they make them for the drives?

The parts guy at Fargo Pete said they only make them for the steer axle.

Dyco makes a set of polyurethane bushings for Peterbilt that you can't wear out. I've worn a set or the OEM style rubber center and urethane end bushings out in a year. I installed the Dyco's and have never worn them out

These are for steers only, but hands down the best system out there. I have seen several gravel trucks do 10+ years on those.
