    well i tried them out for a year and i think its time to move on cant handle the bs anymore 30 cents a mile doesnt pay the bills and they have one of the worse csa scores out there because they dont want to fix anything right they beat you out of about 700 miles a month with there routing so stay away from them i dont ever talk bad but i thought you need to know

    The only time I've witnessed a CDL driver actively roadraging was a De Boer driver. That guy was an 18-wheel disaster waiting to happen. You're better off somewhere else.

    yea because they dont want to fix anything or if they do they try to do it cheap if they keep doing the things they do i see them having to shut the doors they cant keep no drivers

    Several years back the company I was working for, WCI, had its Warsaw, WI operations bought out by DeBoer. I don't think any WCI drivers went to work for them. Pretty much says it all about their operation.

    Yes I know I work for de boer to now I work for trans am truck don't come hear to work or you sit all day I'm a op it bad well I put my app out to all trucking job lost of call De boer rip me off to on 1load it was 780 but it was1078 mill that y I quit don't work for free pl can't pay my bills that way
