US Logistics in JAX, FL=scammers

I have been out of the rig for a year, and I can tell you...the worse day on the road...is better than busting ... in a factory and still not getting the bills paid. I have done nothing but struggle, ever since I got out of the truck. I made twice as much as a trucker....as I ever did as a factory worker. I started with US Logistix few months ago, I'm fine with how I get paid, I choose loads that I like.You will never find a perfect trucking company, they all have problems.

 

The posting above by EMI is the 17 year old dispatcher who is also the owners daughter...she posted that trying to cover up for their ###### company...know for a fact that it is her cause i received so many text from her while i was stranded in north dakota in their truck and that is how she spells bad is bed and speak as speack...thats why in the post she advertises for drivers

 

they owe me $1100 since this past friday and they say the dont have any money and are accussing me of stealing fuel...they conviently lost $2000 worth of fuel receipts and are refusing to pay me...they told me to use my own money for fuel also and i sat for four days at a time waitng for loads,fuel and waiting for them to send $40 to have a tire mounted...i have contacted the labor board and have no choice but to wait and see...ithey would also leave me stuck out for a month at a time...i wonder if everybody that has been screwed by them got together if something more could be done...oh and the post that say good stuff about the company are from the owners of the company...plus we found out the other day that our dispatcher whos name is alina is only 17 years old...worked for them for two months of hell......and please if anybody knows of anyway that i can speed up the process of getting my money or has successfully got their money from them give me a call...maybe we can do something more as a group...they have two names but the same owner for both US Logistix and United Freight Forwarders

 

i knew it was from someone in the company just by the way it read....im guessing who ever it is,is not well versed in english.

 

i'd contact a lawyer if this has happened to others as it seems you may have a class action law suit...

 

Wow. They don't pay the drivers and also make them purchase their fuel out of their own pocket, and no reimbursement. They must be making a killer profit. They have one-up'ed current fleece deals.
