Kinda new musicgal, could you define: "repowered" for me?
-
Repower means that you are either swapping loads or loaded/empty trailer with another driver.

they use to have a mac we would send everyday 4 total hours used that day (line 3+4) so dispatch KNEW what you had.
remember when you say yes to a p/p you are saying that you can make up and del ontime...! if you can't say no.. it will be on record that you said no then when they call (and they will call ) just tell them you don't have the hours -
Sometimes you have to get away from the mac's. If you don't have hours, you don't have hours. Even if you can't refuse loads, refuse it on the mac and I'm sure the personal conversation will start on the phone or freelancing on the Qualcomm/Peoplenet. Then you can work out the details after some real communication.
I know my last company, even though you sent in your hours each day, some were too lazy to switch screens and work that into the equation. Refusing a load is not the end of the world and will grab someones attention quick. Once you have their attention, then you work things out. If need be, they can make a few mouse clicks and manually put you on the load if need be. It's much better than committing when you can't commit.
Get in the habit of learning your dispatchers personality and wants. In return, they are suppose to do the same to you. Team work.
