While you are adjusting your body clock; you may want to consider ways to occupy tour mind and keep metabolism up. Drive a little hungry. Pull over every 2 hrs. and run around the truck abusing your tires with a hammer. Audio books are GREAT. Mints. Baby wipes. Keep W/S clean avoiding eye tiring glare. The list goes on. I try to only take short breaks the first 3/4 of my trip; then if I need to I close my eyes for an hour and MOST of the time it's good enough for the rest of the trip. OH! I left something out! PULL OVER B4 closing your eyes. I tried it the other way once and it didn't work out well at all.![]()
