    Thanks guys.....

All I wanted for christmas was to see my kids...but looks like I won't get to do that anymore:biggrin_2553: I am going to have to get routed to FL to get legal things taken care of...but right now I just don't know what to do...just sitting in my truck wondering what the future holds for my little ones...I am very sad this day...and will be for quite some time...

been there done this, fight for the kids, don't let her do what ever she wants, get legal joint custody, my ex had physical custody but it was legal jiont custody so we had equal say it what happened with the kids and she couldn't stop me from seeing them, taking them on vacations and such.......a good lawyer is essential. I am sorry to hear about your problem. Good luck.

Sorry Mic, I will keep you in our prayers here, that is a hazard of this industry... I have been really lucky that I have a great wife and kids at home with alot of good family and friends that are there to support them while I am away. Be careful with lawyers, some are great and some are snakes...

That's odd that she made it thru all of your deployments but yet trucking was what got her? Hmmmm or at least I assume trucking had a lot to do with it, that's normally the case. If you need anything give me a shout. And Ill ask someone who is Christian to pray for ya.

I honestly think it wasn't trucking...I think it was planned before I started this job...shes been kind of nutty for awhile...I just didn't see it till it jumped up and roundhouse kicked me in the face with this latest stunt....so #### her and the horse she road in on...shes gonna pay for the consequenses I have already started making my moves and splitting finances...screw her..... I am going to fight for my little ones even if it means I have to find a different job but I will need at least a year to straighten my finances out and get a decent place to live...I have a feeling I will get the kids within a year cause she won't want to deal with them...

sorry guys for venting...I am still pissed at the world right now...If you happen to be in ROET tomorrow look me up...

Mic, Anger is perfectly normal and understandable. Make sure you get thru that phase without doing anything to crazy. No matter her reasoning, doing this without any warning to you or the children is just wrong. My daughter misses her daddy more than she will ever admit when I am on the road. Your children are probably the same. Now you not being home with them at Christmas is probably hurting them. That is what SHE wants. While I know its hard for you, think every step that you do through, with a lawyer or family, before making it.. It will protect your future with your children in the long run.

While I am not the praying type, I will say a prayer for you. What she did was wrong.

    Mic and roehl929 Thank this.
