I use sprint for 59.95 a month. its supposed to be nationwide but yesterday in NY it was asking for roaming charge. So I left that area without using it. The service works ok..its nice to access your email and surf at the docks or at rest stops. I tried wifi and hated it..
sprint customer service can really suck..long hold times...stupid people that will transfer you all over the place cause they dont know what to do..I have spent hours on hold to fix minor problems like billing and re-installing everything.

I would choose another ISP if I could change. Like another post I read Im also stuck in a contract. 2 years and a fee of 195.00 to quit. I would definitely choose another company. Sprint is horrible at letting you sign up recurring billing on there website. And if your late with the payment they charge 29.95 reconnect fee. I use t-mobile for my cell and I know I can get internet on a nicer phone. Ive been with t-mobile for 5 years and I have to say they have great customer service.

I love using my laptop internet anyplace I want. Sprint usually will connect just about anyplace. service actually works pretty good. It has high speed in most major cities and is slower in the rural areas.

over all I wish other companies would offer this same service so I can get out of sprint..they suck
