well not going to ROET, picking up a load in Nekoosa and heading to NJ...decent miles...so i will be off and running bright and early tomorrow...I want to leave the bad stuff behind and look forward to the future...
I know I am going to get soaked on Child support...but I am going to have a Florida Judge dig into the #####...maybe I can obtain custody of my wee ones...it will require a job change but I have to do what I have to do...

Hey, you do what's best for those young ens! Trucking isn't going anywhere and Maby by the time its all settled you will have enough experience to land a good local gig like last rebel did. I know SNI has some dedicated runs in fl that u may be able to squeeze into if ya financed a truck from em. Also landstar might have somthin around jax? I think there may be a tanker fleet there that is decent as well.

yeah I know I have lots of options...hell I could even run yard dogs at JAXport... not to mention I have Naval bases everywhere, so I have tons of options....but i definately will file for joint custody and I believe by the end of next year I will get a call telling me to come get my kids...so I will just play it by year and stash away money so when I do transition I won't have such a hard fall....hell I found out Wisconsin is already going to come after me for Child support and the most they will nail me for is 20%...so really its cheaper if I ditch her...but I will take care of my young ens....

Mic, Sorry to hear about this but I am totally in agreement with 929, do what is best for your kids. Things will get better, they always do.

Pulled into the Pilot in Sturbridge, MA at 0630 this morning after leaving Bloomsburg, PA last night. Now the waiting the game begins. Well I should be able to at least get a 34 in while I am here since I don't deliver until Weds. Lol!

@Gary waiting to get my muffler fixed...do ya think I can get it fixed before my 14 hour clock is up...I am betting no....
-
In Gary they will take it apart after 6 hours, walk away and come back around 5 hours later, put it back together about 90%, then leave it again, after a couple more hours they will finish putting back together, then you can take it to Iron Mountian, Appleton, or Marshfield to get it fixed right.

I'd tell you to do an 8/2 split and take advantage but it's frowned upon. And that part where you cant log sleeper when you're not in the truck....
Oh and if you happen to listen to my advice shame on you, I just post out of boredom. -
Still at home. Back out tomorrow morning. Hometime went by too fast this time around. I will get to try out the new toy for the truck. My wife got me the Blue Parrot bluetooth for Christmas.

Just south of Cincinatti/Covington in KY. Delivering an Oshkosh Truck to Lexington in the morning. Hometime was fun. My 2 year old daughter called my 6 year old daughter a "crotch" and I got it on video. Nice.
Meltom Thanks this.
