Central Refrigerated Truck Stop

Spent Christmas night at Conley Terminal. WOW all of you must have gone home. Had a heck of a time trying to find a place to drop my trailer and park for my 10hr break. Hope y'all had a merry Christmas see ya when you get back on the road.

 

Due to I-40 shut-down I was late to WM dist on Fri.
Still sitting here Mon nite--
Does that qualify me for any kind of layover pay?
(I'm a newbie, pardon if dumb question)

 

I got home at 9am on Christmas, just intime to make it to church. Does anyone know how har it is to get on FredMyer dedicated? I live in the NW and have ran a few FM loads and I like how they are set up (DC to multimle stores). I only have 5mo OTR, do you think I would have a better chance as an O/O? Im considering that aswell.

 

CPH56 I think you only get layover if the truck is broke down or you do not have a load. As you are under a load I do not think it counts. For example I got a load that was 600mi and I had 5 days to deliver. I got to the recivers on day 2 and sat in their parking lot for 3 days hoping they would unload me early, I gont nothing because I was "Under a load"

Hey, we got out of there on fri night and yea, there was no room even for a bobtail!! Waited for a trailer from Hershey but got a different load going to Chicago. Bleeh. More snow/rain.

 

Seriously you sat there for 3 days? Why no drop location? I always tell my DM I'm going to be there way early find me a drop and she does.

 

Any of you guys here at the sac 49er? I'm parked next to a black central prostar.
