Thanks for that view. Can't anyone figure why all them tire tracks are there?? Let me just stand here. I'm too busy to figure out my surroundings.

Look on the other side of the road. They smoothed the curbs down for the trucks.

That sidewalk should be dug out and pavement brought back to the crack by the stroller. Either that or move the yellow caution moved back there.

Did she try to push the kid under the trailer? There had to be a 3-5 secound period when it was obvious that the trailer was geting close. He could not have been going to fast considering he stoped in less then 5 feet.

But yes this is drivers fault, he was obviously up on the curb. Gota watch those mirrors when making these turns, stupid people all over the place.

    Higgy Thanks this.

Well I dont know who is at fault. for all I know the woman could have been distracted and pushed the stroller under the truck. So unless some one have a video of the events all you can do is assume.

Condo they smooth the curb down to make them Handicap accessible not for trucks

The other side of the road looks like a driveway to me.

I failed my road test first time because I curbed a tire. Meaning I put it into the gutter next to the curb as I turned right, not that I ran over the curb itself or even touched it. Hell, tandems crossing into the bike lane on a right hand turn would autofail the CDL drive test, at least in these parts.

Wow, they're picky over there. To be fair, they have us do some odd things too. I failed the first road test because the truck failed. They want you to run the brakes up to 120psi. The gauge didn't even go that high and one of the brake canisters blew when I tried it.
