We just purchased a 2009 Columbia Freightliner a month ago and can't seem to resolve leaking in the truck. We have re-sealed with caulk and silicone all seams in the truck, re-sealed the towers, and replaced the windshield. You can take the truck through the wash and it does not leak but once it is out on the road it starts up again. Usually starts at the top of the winshield where the empty "clock" box is, then down the passenger visor and the newest leak is back above the sleeper.
I am looking for any solutions!

Volvo have the same issues, especially scandinavian versions with roof projectors

To actually answer your question...
They normally need to have the center mount for the visor resealed after a few years.
I have had my '06 from brand new, and have had to do it twice now.
