I have seen these guys mostly in T/A's and finally signed up with them. Now I wonder if they are actually worth the 47.00 dollars a month for the service. I was hoping to get in put here. The only reason I ask is heard another law firm on Road Dog?![]()

There are many legal services that will accept your case after you are ticketed and are very successful . Why pay for something that may not happen ? Their defense may only work for one case . Drivers with a clean MVR have a good chance of dismissal or reduction . Repeat offenders may be out of luck .
foresaken Thanks this. -
Take the $47 you are paying them, put it in a savings acct. Then , IF, you were to require legal services, you would have a nest egg to use to pay a decent attorney, who would help you out better than these BOZO's.

I used to use Road Law and they were $30 a month. But you're better off to save the money because it will still cost you a few hundred dollars to fight a ticket (on top of the $360 a year). Granted, they can find you a traffic lawyer anywhere in the country but these days you can do that on the internet yourself. So these companies are really based on an obsolete economic model. So you really are better off to save the money. Chances are you won't get a ticket and won't need a lawyer but if you go with such a group you WILL be paying no matter what.

I deal with a lot of lawyers on a variety of cases. The fact of the matter is, if I do my job correctly there is not much a lawyer can do to get out of it. Granted, I know a few of them quite well due to working with them for years. Lots of times beofre going into the court room the lawyer will come up and want to talk. I don't have to do that and tell them to shove it. But that makes for a bad working relationship. If the driver has 2 or more tickets, almost always I'll agree to a plea deal of pleading one case out and dropping the rest. It's a win win for the attorney and I could care less. Unless the driver was a total arse, that is the way I will operate. There have been times that the ticket I had was a speeding ticket and I have offered no evidence to cut the guy a break. Defendant paid for an attorney, some take a day off work to be there, so give them sort of a break. I don't take it personal, I have a job to do on the side of the road. I also have a job to do in court.

i feel that if some one gets a ticket they deserve it in most cases.leo's on most part a good .if you treat them wrong they will treat you like you treat them .
