@Diesel Bear and Scalemaster: I agree with you on the safety issue. As a ex-leo one of the must dangerous traffic stop or contact I made was with people that didnt speak or understand our language. Dangerous for them and me. Not understanding simple questions or commands and not uderstanding the rules of the road puts everyone in danger while driving a normal car its a million times worse driving a 80K vehicle

    ENGLISH !
if he or she can not speak enough english to show the paperwork at Cheyenne.... That person is a clear and present danger to you and other vehicles on the road ! As well as anyone along the side of the road!
How did this person get a CDL if "let me me see your bills and registration" and " can you take it out please ?" are not comprehended.:biggrin_25513::biggrin_25513::biggrin_25513::biggrin_25513:

New Mexico has a CDL test in Spanish, but you take the road test in english, so if you cannot decipher no left turn "Malo Suerte"

I wish this rule was enforced more often. My carrier used to employ a russian fleet, they have since gotten their own authority but what a nightmare. Every attempt at communication is a total disaster. Please, please enforce this more if you can't communicate you shouldn't be driving.

I would suggest your co driver go back to where he came from, and turn that 3rd world hell hole into something worth living for.

There was absolutely NO luck involved. Our forefathers fought and died for this land. We didn't just ####### show up one day and sign up for welfare!!!

Immigrants didn't build #### for us! We built this country. Big ####### difference.
