I would look into watermarking your pictures if it's a concern to you. Stealing photos and copying text and plagiarizing text is all too common in the digital age, but if you copyright your work, you have recourse to go after people who use your artwork or image of your truck without your express written permission.

These idiots have used my pics in all kinds of crops and cuts...they would get around watermarking too or even more likely...post the image with the watermark on it without regard. Absolute idiots.

Better yet...let em have it. Give up. Take all my stuff down and wait for them to steal off the next guy and let my stuff eventually go away. I only wanted to learn a little HTML and how it all works...I enjoy the marketing side of things but one man and a truck don't need much advertising. My plate's got all it can hold anyway.

I will forever rain on the south Florida/unscrupulous brokers parades though. These roaches have to die off sooner or later.

Hey USFChatt...Thanks for posting the old CCI and E & L rigs....Lots of nostalgia for me..How sad both of these companies are gone...I drove for United Transports for a long time and then Jack Cooper when they bought us in 1986..Those " shrouds " on some of the vehicles bring back un tender memories....We got like a dollar per unit to " shroud " new models......It was a chore when it was raining with 50 MPH winds

That would be an eerie feeling looking back at the Army truck ready to roll into your cab.

Thanks for posting up all the photos.

The Commercial Carriers truck was my Dad's. He was a broker until 1958 & then went to a company truck until 1962. That was when the railroad invented the first tri-level car. It literally put thousands of car haulers out of work.

The E & L truck was driven by my Dad's brother. He hauled out of the Wixom, Mi plant.

The Automobile Shippers truck was owned by my Grandfather. They hauled primarily Chrysler products & was later bought out by M & G Cartage.

I have some great old movie footage that my Dad filmed while hauling cars to California & Florida.
