i just went on ooida safety webpage and pulled up jct, 586 oos violations in the past 24 month, etc etc etc. if they aint in the office they are probaly on the way

as far as a driver goes they are better off.scores like that you are a sitting duck

E logs or not, it speaks for itself when your dispatchers have to have a D.O.T officer sitting right there with them along with a calculator telling them what loads they can and cannot put on who. Like I said, that's what arrow went through before they shut down. Sorry man, but it just shouts "GREED AND ZERO POSITIVE SELF DISCIPLINE" I personally do not chase the Almighty dollar, I look to stability and the long run. Not bad mouthing JCT, just stating facts and my personal opinion.

I don't think Arrow had DOT axxclowns in the office. Their problem was not HOS, their problem was FRAUD. I only worked for them for three months, and was gone by May of 2008, but HOS wasn't their big issue. They simply didn't have any freight, and a walking pile of excrement thief as a CEO.

Where did you get this info and is this really true? I have never heard of anything like that at any company. I would think they would shut a company down before they would do that. Why would the DOT control the rope a company is hanging themselves with if that was the case?Alanp613 Thanks this.

I know how to look up CSA scores what I was talking about is the DOT in the office deciding if drivers can do loads they are dispatched on. I don't believe that for a second.
