they do both, as for preplan sometimes they do, sometimes not so much on l/o side.

 

There are many drop n hooks in both divisions. Love preloaded trailers, less time wasted. I was preplanned this week. Had a load out of SPRINGMO before I even got here.

 

I'm still in the PSD phase and I am coupling and uncoupling trailers, backing to docks and into spots at truck stops. As far as hygiene, we only shower every 4-5 days and that is really getting to me. I did not expect a shower every day but 2 grown men in a truck and 5 days between showers is unacceptable. I did bring 10 changes of cloths and baby wipes (a trick from my Armor days in the Army), been try to keep things as clean as possible but my trainer does nothing for hygiene between showers... unless you count continuously picking his nose...

 

#### that sucks bout the guys never taking shower my dad when he use to run OTR would take showers every 2-3days sometimes everyday if he got super dirty/sweaty etc

 

A couple of things. If you have not, discuss with your trainer, let him know. If that does not work then up channel it to your FM. Or you can just tough it out for a couple of more weeks. Don't know how long you have been out.
