I just want to know why is that Werners fault that a previous employer gave you a bad reference.

OK, the one way street aspect is the least of my concerns. How about how he has managed to wedge his truck between the mother%*&@ing bucket truck and utility line?! (or perhaps I'm misinterpreting this picture...)

 

Did he cut the corner too close in a one way street going the wrong way? is that it?

 

My interpretation would be that he got hooked up on or took down a line while trying to make the corner and the utility truck came after the fact to fix his screw up.
