This is also wrong. My trainers DOT card ran out while I was with him, and he had to stop in Nashville to go to their doctor.

Something ain't adding up, so its either just a post that is lacking in the information department or someone has an axe to grind. Every now and then someone flames my company too, always makes me smile to see how their perception of events varied from my perception of events.

LOl well not sure How true your story is but they used to have road tests so I guess the guy you had as a trainer may have had to pay off the road test guy too. But any how I worked their a few times and Drivers I met were all very proffesional and dedicated to their lively hood and very physicaly able to drive trucks. But not calling you a liar, stranger things have probably happend out their in the world of trucking lol but that was funny unless its true then thats extremely dangerous and you should have been paid your check and for your travel expenses home and a years salary just for the mental trauma you must have went through in that truck.
I must say western Express has an Extremely good oriantation program well planned and very educational the employees that do the oriantaion are very dedicated to what they do,I always enjoyed oiantation their. had to do it 3 times and each time it was better and I learned somthing new.I wish the Owner/upper level managment where as dedicated to their employees and customers and to their Nation as the work force they employee and lot of times mistreat.

cant complain about Westen just finished with my 2nd thats right my 2nd trip out with my trainer the Ol Man as hes known around there and he is very dedicated to making you a safe driver and to teach you. Now if I would of listened to him the 1st time I would not of had to go back out with him,( I sould of got and looked even though I knew nothing was there) but Im glad I did he helped me out alot. my trainer was not the one hes talking about.

western express has been tripple red flagged by the dot on three categories. unsafe driving, fatigued driving and driver fitness. They are actually pretty close to getting shut down. The driver fitness category is at 92%. If it gets to 100% they will have to seize operations. csa.fmcsa.dot.gov

22 instances of driving without a CDL? Really? Every outfit I've been with has taken my license and made a photocopy of it for my personnel files, so how the hell is this possible? Good gods....
