    More than likely waiting.

Let's revive the Barr-Nunn discussion. They were kind enough to send a $10 Flying J Gift Card to me;-)

Has anyone been to their orientation lately?
How was it - how many driver's were in the orientation class.
Existing drivers - how are they? Are you getting miles? Are you getting home?
Anyone out there running NE Region, or Ohio Regional runs?

    Any real info is appreciated.

Seems like we have one disgruntled ex-driver and not much more.

    Thanks,
    geargrinder

Any thoughts on running Barr-Nunn Ohio Regional. Typical stuff - miles, sit time, how much does family medical costs, and do they do a good job of getting you home weekends? Also how long is the vesting period for the $0.02 401K Contribution?

i dont get some of these people in here they ##### and bicker about not getting miles then they jump off that b*tching wagon and say they want to be home.. make up your mind.. if you notice not very many big companies on here have many fans thats because they are the big guy they have had more employees than hitler. some would of been happy because they wouldnt be there if they were not. and your always going to have cry babies that dont get there way.. if they promise something get it in writing!!! if they dont get it in writing tell them your not doing squat until they do, you will see how bad they want you

No now there are 2 unhappy drivers that no longer work for Barr Nunn. You can take it to the bank that everything that has been said about them is correct. If you like sitting all day in your truck and only getting about 1500 to 1800 miles a week then this would be the place for you. I was there for 16 months, during that 16 months my total miles was 105,416. They kept saying it will get better, and i was one of those "Iowa Brown Noser" so we did not have it so good either.

i am only ########, becauase as you can tell I was there for 16 months, hoping that things would get better. I did not come in ever week and i live within 10 miles of the terminal. That was part of the reason that i stayed it was convent. And i have been driving for 14 years, so i understand that there are slow times but in 16 months that is not just a slow time

These people are liars, cheats and thieves. They will promise you the moon and only deliver sand. Don't buy into their "BULL". Scratch them off your list or you'll be sorry.
