As I have posted many times, Swift actually has a very good thorough training program if a driver follows it and does not tune out because they think they know more than the folks doing the teaching. Read everything, study everything, practice everything.

I got my start in the training program at Swift. They gave me a chance to get a job and I've been at it for a little while now. I have nothing bad to say about Swift.
