    Hello,

My name is Sean from FSCO in Denver, Colorado. I'm new to this website and am hoping I could get some feedback on what I'm looking to do.

Our website is generating a good amount of leads from all around the U.S for Hot Shot work... We have trucks in Denver, CO & Casper, WY and are considering either adding a brokers license or possibly building relationships with other hot shots that would be willing to sub-contract.

Thoughts on the best way to approach this? Thanks! :biggrin_25524:

I don't know how others get into it, but I did and it just took money, time, patience with paperwork, and perseverance. Oh yeah, and resisting the urge to beat my own head on a rock more than once while dealing with government agencies and the owner of the company I leased to ...

I started out leased to another company which sucked and just about sunk my brand new venture, so I don't recommend leasing. After going through that, I got my own authority and worked my backside off and now things are evening out.

I won't post it here, but if you check my profile there's a link to my blog where I've gone into painful detail on how I started out. Don't know if it will help you, but it may help you not make the same mistakes I did. :biggrin_255:

I don't have any thoughts on how to approach it, but if you are still wanting to sub-contract or something of that sort, let me know? I'm in the process of beginning to set up my own hotshot business and would like to know there's a few loads out there before I pull the trigger on it!
