    It just seems like there are no companies that want to pay squat these days.
    I thought CSA was going to cause a driver shortage and driver pay to increase.
    I guess not.

    Every company that has bought out another company has done whatever necessary to drive off the drivers they inherited in the purchase for longer than the 23 years I've been in the trucking industry. Always have options, and be ready to move on them the same day you get the announcement that your company has been "bought out".
