Home Depot works according to their availability of staff, if they dont have the staff to unload they wont unload unless you do it yourself, which is a pain in the butt, especially when it comes to nursery stock loads. Usually in our 200+ loads for home depot nurseries we have not encountered any appointments problems unless there is a grumpy receiver who doesnt like his job very much lol
