How long exactly does a ding stay on your DAC?

"They might put on the DAC you are not eligible for rehire or upon review, which means squat. But you won't see all these other vendictive and misconstrued reports."

All of the carriers on my DAC say "Upon Review". I wouldn't worry about that too much

I was thinking that if I quit I would just keep the truck.that way I would have a nice truck to start my own company.

Well, the store mgrs always made sure that the deposit bags were always sealed (like trailers) But every once in a while the mngr forgets to seal the bag and........then..........j/k i would seal it for them. I picked up close to about one million in streight cash on a 100 stop route all over the place. Fun while it lasted but "deadly" dangerous, and at $10 per hour, just wasn't worth it.:biggrin_25522:

The problem is though that every company asks for a 10 year history. I think it's even the DOT law that they must verify this? So for ten years that bad experience can haunt you.

There required to have ten years history and are only required to check the past three.

No he didn't. He's lying. The DAC report is a none issue.

Unless he used the truck to go mud riding...then that could be a problem.
