thanks, i try to be safer now, i actually use my seat belt sometimes.

naw, no refferal bonus but i hear they give a moving bonus for those who move to work for nabors, they never offered me one lol but i'm going to enquire if i'm still eligible.

lol, i got chewed out the other day by a pusher because i drove through the location where the rig movers go through to turn around, but for some reason it wasnt cool that i did it. I told the pusher 10-4 on that and also mentioned that i wasnt making excuses, but theres no where to turn around in his location. He told me i was the truck driver, its your job, you figure it out.

    LOL, I LOVE IT!

I don't have a CDL. I was considering getting one with endorsements. I have a DWI conviction from July 2010. I have a clean record other that that. Most trucking companies require three years or longer since a conviction. How does your company handle this?

i'll get you a name and number to call in HR department on monday, cool?

i personaly wouldnt buy any of that stuff ahead of time. Find out what you are going to be doing exactly, bring a big lunch and then slowly work it from there. If you get some sort of fracking job, the last thing you'll need is a gps. Just take it slow, you'll have plenty of time......and if you dont get alot of time to make adjustments, then ADJUST QUICK LOL.

Hey Paul, Glad your doing good in Texas. I am interested in Sonora because iy seems closest to El Paso where my son lives. I would like the number to HR also because I have been trying to use Nabors web site but either I suck or the web site sucks. Also to many nabors companies makes it more confusing. Thanks for all your help with the info. Hope to be in the area by end of Jan.

    10-4 on that

well yes, the company will brief you on what basic requirements you will need to work, make sure and ask if they partially pay for their requirements.......but as far as the speacialty stuff, you'll see after a while what will make your job easier.....such as a clip on light for your helmut for instance, if they make you wear a helmut of course, all companies are different.
