Tomorrow,Jan 9Th,I'll have 31 years of driving for same the company.Feb 7th I'll have 38 years total.I started in a non driving job intent on driving tractor trailer when a position finally opened up.I was willing to start at the bottom rung here because of the security and bennies it bought to my family.
I've been extremely lucky and fortune in that there are only 3 tractor trailer positions but my hard work and desire to get ahead paid off.
For all the new drivers, times might be different and difficult, but I believe if you're committed to success,it will absolutely pay off in the long run.
There are still fantastic jobs out there.Hope it happens for you.

Staying for 31 years also means you got a great company to work for. Longest I made it with a company was 8 years then he closed his doors.
