I had a brand new CL in 1979 with a KT450 in it. Paid $57,000 for it. It was the 1st truck with an air ride cab and it had cruise control which was unheard of. Even with the hendrickson spring suspension it was smooth and quiet. (bought it in Canada so the big suspension was the common spec)

Current favorite is a needle nose butterfly hood kW, I'm one of those foolish enough to drive something like that up and down the road everyday. Generally speaking most trucks with round headlights look better

Im not sure there was any difference in floor height between the "S" and "M" models just the overall roof height. The "H" was produced mainly to have a radiator with enough cooling capcity for the K series and 3408, and I'm not sure if they modified the floor or just raised the whole cab up and added sheet metal.
My favorite is the K100s with the round headlamps, they lost some of the classic look when they went to the square ones, and as far as conventionals go it would be a W900A.
