38" AeroCab FlatTop BBC

    Can anyone confirm if this cofiguration adds 28" to the BBC?

    whats the origonal lenth you are refferring to as a base line for the Bumper (to) Back (of) Cab measurement you are reffering to?

    if its just a 38" areocab coffin as compared to a areo/day cab then yes it will only extend the lenth by about 28"

    the sleeper on an areocab extends into the cab (drivers area) by about a foot from a strait line (its curved)

    Perfect - yes I was comparing that to a standard day cab. I've seen a few around that look shorter than 38", one this afternoon mounted on a dump truck but haven't seen one stopped long enough to get a good look. We are trying to stick a 28ft box on and still have room for something more than a day cab yet be under 40ft.
