65,000 pounds, is that a type error? I didn't know these trucks can get that heavy..thanks for the picture.
-
What do you mean almost? It's definitely a turn on.
-
sorry I meant to add to my HEAVY DUDE reply and accidentally added to yours, I don't know how to delete it.
-
I probably missed it someplace and I know this is an old post, what is the horsepower/torque on that truck? Great pictures on here. Some are deceiving and look a lot lighter than they are.
-
This has to be the coolest thread on TTR.
Makes me miss my flatbed days. -

Been reading all kinds of random stuff on wiki tonight.
Started from the page for Big Rocks: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_megalithic_sites
Learned about the movement of the Thunder Stone: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bronze_Horseman#Thunder_Stone. I think this is quite a lot more impressive then our modern accomplishment below. 1250 tons with just sweat!

But I can't believe this forum missed out on the movement of the Levitated Mass just last month. 340 tons of fun. http://www.nbclosangeles.com/news/local/LACMA-Rock-Levitated-Mass-Route-Map-141076983.html Do yourself a favor and skip the first video (standard local news glurge). The one at the bottom of the page describes the rig.
