I heard there is a place to park for trucks that has a slightly wild side that caters to bikers. It also involves some special events like wet tee shirts and some Jimmy Buffett stuff...just sayin....there might be some lemonade in that lemon

Hey Jess, if I remember right, overweight will NOT affect CSA scores.
Who'd thunk, that such a clatter could be made, with a hole in a hose. The radiator looking hose that come from the fresh air intake, to the intake of the compressor split. Thought the trk was falling apart with all that clatter noise. Preformed hose and none to be found. Used a radiator splice kit for a temp fix. Wonder how it will hold? -
be glad yall aren't in utah.
this morning a bank robber tried to commit suicide. on the 15 at the utah/arizona border.
this afternoon. the freeway was full of police from various jurisdictions from utah and surrounding states.
funeral for an ogden cop shot to death serving a bench warrant last week.
supposed to have contract this week. but i'm getting a little worried. the only tires i've been able to get on the trailer are used sitting in the shop. no better then what's coming off. apparently they are selling all the trucks but keeping the trailers. they sold one truck to someone off the street last week.
i'm starting to think they are gonna try following in landstars footsteps. albeit a bit smaller company. LOL. -
Just beware of the fine print and the buyout. Well we off loaded in walnut then reload tonite in city of industry for portland. I call it the calm before the storm. Jj.

according the lockridge. the only points are tickets issued with inspections.
and beware rolling across the scale 3 times in 48 hours. i got a level 3 last night. now my truck is marked.
good thing my next load is only 120 mmiles. and delivers in morning. now i just have to figure out where i'm parking cuz phoenix is already packed.
i don't plan on signing unless it's the real deal. as it was mentioned on the phone.
walkaway lease. no baloon payment. and no other fees.
78 % to the truck. 10% of that for trailer rental till i get my own. 250 truck payments per week and 250 for insurance, permits and p;lates, and fuel taxes. comes out of the other 12%.
i don't like the 10% trailer rental. but it's part of there 22% they keep.
landstar takes 25% PLUS 250 for trailer.Last edited: Jan 12, 2012
